When you make a purchase or register an account on Vana Living, we collect only the necessary information to process and deliver your order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and 10-digit telephone number.

2. How Your Information Is Used

• To fulfill, pack, and courier your physical handcrafted order.
• To send invoice receipts and real-time shipment tracking alerts via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• To authenticate your logged-in session securely using SHA-256 hashed session identifiers.

3. Payment Security & Zero Card Storage

All digital payment transactions are conducted through Razorpay. Vana Living never captures, views, or stores your credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVVs, or NetBanking login passwords on our Cloudflare infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identifiable information. We share customer shipping addresses strictly with verified courier partners (e.g. Blue Dart, Delhivery) solely for the purpose of completing physical doorstep parcel delivery.
